Class of 2020 Officers Junior Year
President
Suzan Turkkahraman
Hi, my name is Suzan Turkkahraman, and I am running to be next year’s president of the class of 2020! I am involved in multiple organizations here at South West such as Mustang Vision, Yearbook, and Key Club. I have also been on a committee for Mini-THON and currently am on a committee for Take A Stand Week. I am running for class office simply for an opportunity to be more involved with our class and for enjoyment! I hope to help plan some exciting fundraisers and do more things to get our class engaged by listening to each other and being open to any ideas that you may have. Obviously, you, the students, are the most important players in our class “team” and I just hope to lead our class to do some awesome things next year! Thank you for reading this and considering me to be your president! Thanks! Suzan |
Vice-President
Grace DiRienzo
I really hope you vote for me to be your class vice president next year. I was vice president this year, so I have the experience to be able to know what to do to come up with our money. I will always bring new and exciting ideas. I am very involved in many different clubs so I will know how to relate to everyone in the school as I will also care about all of your opinions in decision making for fundraisers. I know numerous things about the school’s fundraisers and activities held so I have an excellent idea on what works and what doesn’t. Our class officers this year have done a great job fundraising and I hope to help continue this for the years to come. I love being a part of making a change in our school and I really hope you take the time to vote for me for your class vice president again. |
Secretary
Tori Keefauver
My name is Tori Keefauver and I am interested in being the freshman class secretary. I feel that I am a great fit for this position, as I have a variety of leadership experience. I have held various officer positions before, with a strong background is secretarial skills. Leadership training seminars and conferences have taught me the skills I need in order to become a better leader in my school and community. I feel that by choosing me for class secretary we will be able to have a successful class that will make an impact when we graduate in four short years. Even though it might not seem like it, the things we do now will heavily affect the rest of our high school experience, and I believe that I can help guide you through that if you choose me as your secretary. |

Jonah Proepper
Hello! I’m Jonah Proepper and I am running to be your Class of 2020 Treasurer. The main duty of the Treasurer is to keep track of the finances for the class. I have proven my ability to do this as the Finance Chair for this year’s Mini-THON, where we raised over $89,000! My experience in fundraising and handling our large total has prepared me to be your class Treasurer. I have also served as the Treasurer of Student Council, which has given me the opportunity to represent your opinions at the administrative level. My extensive exposure to finances, coupled with my passion to improve our class has prepared me to be your Class of 2020 Treasurer. |
